Changed the Snow Theme so that it no longer is the default theme. Updated the Production Panels for with more fields and for better clarity. 
Changed the default delivery priority for Warehouses:. Increased the Truck Speed from 1.5 to 1.75. Reduced the Day Duration from 6 seconds to 5 seconds. Reduced the Event max length by one month. Removed the -25% Urban Road Cost Unlock. Adjusted Production times of all production for better gameplay. Updated the Reinforced Wall Recipe and Tech Tree. Rearranged the Food Tech Tree for better clarity. Setting: Intensity: Off = 0, Weak = 0.25, Normal = 0.5, Strong = 0.75. Desc: Sharpens the edges for better color display. Values: Off / Weak / Normal / Strong (default Normal). Added a Sharpen option to Graphical Settings:. 
No Depots Available: When there are no Trade Depots available to fulfill a Request. Previous Requests Unfulfilled: When there is not enough Product to fulfill all their requests. Added a couple of alerts to the Logistics Panel:. Updated the in-game economy and Dispatch Costs. Removed the Reset button in the settings. Smoothed out the Pollution Visualization. Adjusted Achievements to disable when a mod is enabled. Cost is proportional to the Full Build Permit. Buying this Permit will lower the cost of the Full Build Permit. Allows Players to place only Gatherers and Roads within a Region for a reduced price. Players can heal Water tiles using the Water Treatment Plant. Players can heal Land tiles with Trees, an Air Scrubber, or a Chemical Scrubber. Polluted Tiles will produce less food and water, kill fish and trees, and reduce the populations of nearby Settlements. Each building will produce a set amount of Pollution which if left unchecked will spread across the map via Land tiles, Air, and Water tiles. Your buildings will now pollute your map.
