Also having problems when I start VP19 and nothing happens, only way to get it running is again to go via Task Manager, and look in 'Background Process' list and close down VP19. I could only start 1 instance of VP19, if I tried to start a 2nd instance it would sit as a 'Background Process' (in Task Manager).
